We work with you to find out what the ‘thing’ means to you and why you find it comforting. We will look at what is missing in your life, or at what has happened to you, to push you to find comfort in ‘it’.
After this we will look at healthy and positive changes that you believe you could make in your life to control this ‘thing’ that you once found comfort in, but now leaves you feeling controlled and broken inside.
